Satisfactory Progress Policy

To maintain good academic standing at Graduate America, students must achieve a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00. Additionally, students are allowed no more than one subject class grade below 70. Academic progress is evaluated at the conclusion of each subject, with assessments occurring between 3 to 10 days after the end of classes, depending on the subject.

Students will receive written numeric grade reports for each subject by the second school day following the completion of classes for that subject. If applicable, grade reports will also be provided to any sponsors of the student, such as VA (Veterans Affairs), WIA (Workforce Investment Act), or TAA (Trade Adjustment Assistance).
