Graduation Requirements

To qualify for a Certificate of Completion, students must meet the following criteria:

• Successfully complete all subjects in the course of study.
• Participate in at least 90% (32 hours) of the required externship.
• Maintain a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.00.
• Earn no more than one subject class grade below 70.

Students who complete the course of study but fail to meet these completion requirements may contact the registrar for an opportunity to retake subject classes in which they received unsatisfactory grades. This retake must occur within 12 calendar months from the end of the term in which the student was originally enrolled. No additional administrative or tuition fees will be charged for retaking these classes. However, additional charges may apply for books, supplies, and other fees.
