Refund Policy

  1. Calculation of Refunds: Refunds will be calculated based on the actual scheduled course time up to the last day of documented academic activity. Leaves of absence, suspensions, and school holidays will not count towards scheduled class attendance.

  2. Effective Date of Termination: The date used for calculating refunds will be the earliest of the following: a) the date the student is terminated by the school; b) the date the school receives written notice of withdrawal from the student; or c) ten school days following the student’s last day of attendance.

  3. Pre-Entrance Fee Retention: If tuition and fees are collected in advance and the student does not start classes after the 72-hour cancellation period, the school may retain no more than $100 in administrative fees.

  4. Refunds upon Withdrawal: If a student withdraws or is terminated after entering classes, the school may retain up to $100 in administrative fees. The remaining tuition and fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis comparing the unused portion of the course (up to the point the student completed 75% of the course) to the total course hours charged. No refunds will be issued after the student completes 75% of the course.

  5. Extra Expenses: Refunds for items such as books, tools, or other supplies will be handled separately from tuition and fees. Students are not required to purchase these items until needed for the course. Once purchased, these items are non-refundable, except for items not used or required for the attended portion of the program which must be refunded.

  6. Withdrawal After 75% Completion: Students withdrawing for non-academic reasons after completing 75% of their course may receive a grade of “incomplete” and may re-enroll within 12 months without additional tuition charges for the portion of the course or program previously attended.

  7. Full Refunds: A full refund of all tuition and fees will be issued in the following situations: a) the enrollee is not accepted by the school; b) the course is discontinued by the school, preventing course completion; c) enrollment was secured through misrepresentation in advertising or by school representatives. Full or partial refunds may also be due in other cases of program deficiencies or regulatory violations.
