OWNERSHIP

The institution was originally founded in October 1969 as National Beauty School #5. In 2022, the school was acquired by Graduate America, Inc., and the name was officially changed to Graduate America College in November 2023. Graduate America College operates independently and is not part of a chain or franchise.
