Enrollment Checklist

  1. Application Process

    • Complete online application.
    • Submit high school diploma/GED or equivalent.
    • Pay application fee (if applicable).
    • Medical Clearance (if required for physically demanding programs):
      • Submit a doctor’s release if the program involves physical exertion (e.g., HVAC or construction).
  2. Financial Aid & Scholarships

    • Complete FAFSA (if applicable).
    • Perform Entrance Counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) via https://studentaid.gov.
    • Submit verification documents (if selected).
    • Confirm financial aid award package.
    • Apply for internal or external scholarships.
    • VA Benefits:
      • Submit VA Certificate of Eligibility.
      • Verify enrollment status for VA funding approval.
  3. Compliance and Documentation

    • Complete enrollment agreement.
    • Review student handbook and catalog acknowledgment.
    • Submit government-issued ID and residency documentation (if required).
  4. Orientation and Class Registration

    • Attend mandatory orientation.
    • Meet with academic advisor for course registration.
    • Confirm program start date.
  5. Payment & Refund Policies

    • Set up tuition payment plan (if applicable).
    • Review and acknowledge refund and withdrawal policy.
