Enrollment Checklist

1. Application Process

   • Complete online application.
   • Provide high school diploma or GED equivalent.
   • Submit proof of age (must be at least 17).
   • Medical Clearance (optional if required by program).

2. Financial Aid, Scholarships, & VA Benefits

   • Complete FAFSA.
   • Entrance Counseling and MPN at https://studentaid.gov.
   • Submit TDLR student permit application.
   • Apply for internal/external scholarships.
   • VA Benefits:
     • Submit Certificate of Eligibility.
     • Verify VA enrollment status with VA officer.

3. Compliance and Documentation

   • Sign enrollment agreement and handbook acknowledgment.
   • Submit ID and fingerprint submission (for TDLR).
   • Verify student permit approval from TDLR.

4. Class Registration & Orientation

   • Register for courses with academic advisor.
   • Attend program-specific orientation.

5. Payment & Refund Policies

   • Confirm payment plan or financial aid coverage.
   • Review and acknowledge refund policies.
