Enrollment Checklist

  1. Application Process

    • Complete online application.
    • Submit high school diploma/GED.
    • Pay application fee (if applicable).
    • Medical Clearance (Required for Nebraska):
      • Submit a doctor’s release certifying physical fitness for the program.
  2. Financial Aid, Scholarships, & VA Benefits

    • Complete FAFSA.
    • Perform Entrance Counseling and MPN at https://studentaid.gov.
    • Apply for internal or external scholarships.
    • VA Benefits:
      • Submit Certificate of Eligibility.
      • Confirm enrollment for GI Bill funds.
  3. Compliance and Documentation

    • Complete enrollment agreement.
    • Provide government-issued ID and health forms.
    • Submit signed acknowledgment of ACCSC grievance policy.
  4. Class Registration & Orientation

    • Meet with academic advisor to schedule classes.
    • Attend massage therapy orientation.
  5. Licensure & State Requirements

    • Submit fingerprinting and background check (if required by state).
    • Confirm eligibility for state licensing exams post-graduation.
  6. Payment & Refund Policies

    • Set up payment plan (if applicable).
    • Review and sign refund policy acknowledgment.
